ok stay, could be better
helpful staff good location dark bathroom low water pressure
the staff did help with the luggage from the port. it was a good 10/15 min walk to the main bars and pubs but there were smaller ones nearby. i liked that the location was away from the center but still close enough to quieter beaches.
the bathroom in the bungalow looked dark, like it wasn't clean and not well kept. the room felt old. the shower had low water pressure and water went everywhere because there was no shower stall or curtain. it made it difficult to keep things dry.

acceptable stay
wonderful staff luggage storage super clean hallway bed bug roach infested room
the staff were wonderful. they professionally let us keep our luggage with them while we went out for a morning excursion. cleanliness is spot on for this hotel, and the hall ways are super clean. the hotel is large enough that there are lot of people but you can find some corners with less traffic.
the first room i stayed in def had bedbugs. i was full of bites after the second night in room m004. roaches were present as well. i asked for another room, not a problem.

shaded area helpful staff central location
The swimming pool was lovely, with good seating and shaded areas. The staff helped transport luggage to and from the pier (very practical). The location was pretty good. It was about a 10-minute walk to the town center.
The tv remote did not have batteries.

quiet stay near the beach
swimming pool excellent staff good location
i found a nice swimming pool inside the resort. the staff were excellent. the location proved good and the pool area was a cool place. everything was a great value.
the room looked outdated. there was a bad smell in the room. the bed was not so comfortable. the linens had black spots.

the hotel is near the beach. it is a short walk to the main street, perhaps only five to ten minutes. i found this walk to be cosy. it provided a reasonably quiet area.

there is a nice swimming pool. it offers comfortable sunbeds. staff helps with luggage transport. the lobby is beautiful. it features a breezy atmosphere.

fantastic stay near everything!
great location shady spots quiet corners
The location is amazing. It's just across from the sea, pier, and lots of restaurants! pubs, clubs, and shops are also super close. the swimming pool is lovely and big. It had good seating and shady spots. i liked that the hotel is spacious and i could find quiet corners, even with many other guests.
the bathroom needed some serious tlc and the chairs on the balcony were not clean. they replaced the chairs for other guests but not for me!!! i asked for clean outdoor furniture, but i think the language barrier caused confusion.

the staff were helpful and friendly, especially at the reception desk. they let me store my luggage safely while i went on a morning trip. i really appreciated the boat dropping me off right at the hotel after the excursion. the staff was helpful!!!

Acceptable Location, Room Issues
The air conditioning worked very well. It stayed on even when I was out, so the room was cool.
cleanliness was not good. I found stained bedsheets upon arrival. I asked for them to be changed, and that happened quickly.
